End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Greektory

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Greektory grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purposes.

2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy.

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of this Agreement.

• Refrain from misusing the App or its content, including attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the software.

3. Automatic Enrollment in Communications

All users are automatically enrolled in our text and email communication platform. Communications may include updates, notifications, or other content related to the functionality of Greektory. You can opt out at any time by:

• Replying "STOP" to text messages.

• Clicking "unsubscribe" in email communications.
  To re-enable communication, you may respond "START" via text or re-subscribe through provided options.

4. Data Collection and Use

Greektory collects and uses user information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email, location, and membership status. This data is used solely for:

• Delivering and improving the App's functionality.

• Enabling personalized and targeted communication.

• Facilitating categorization through custom fields.

Data Sharing
Greektory may share your information with third-party software via back-end API integrations to enable services such as communication delivery. All data sharing is conducted securely and exclusively to support Greektory’s operational goals. Your data will not be sold or used for unauthorized purposes.

5. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Monetize, sell, or distribute any data obtained through the App.

• Use the App for purposes other than those outlined in this Agreement.

• Share or copy proprietary information from the App for third-party use without explicit authorization.

Greektory reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including the App’s content, design, and features, is the sole property of Greektory. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination of Access

Greektory may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you fail to comply with this Agreement or engage in misuse of the App.

8. Opt-Out and Consent Revocation

Your consent to communications and data usage remains valid until you opt out by following the instructions in Section 3. Opting out may limit certain functionalities of the App.

9. Liability and Indemnification

• Limitation of Liability: Greektory is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Greektory against any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.

11. Amendments

Greektory reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Updates will be posted within the App, and your continued use indicates acceptance of the changes.
