Our Story: Built From Experience

Greektory was established by Matthew Plunkett, Ronard Green, and Bruson Ovil, who are all members of Greek organizations and former chapter presidents. Recognizing the cumbersome and manual processes involved in managing Greek organizations, they identified a significant need for a unified platform tailored specifically to these groups.

Traditional methods largely relied on spreadsheets and fragmented systems, which hindered effective networking and chapter management. The founders aimed to streamline these processes, enhance engagement, and save time for leaders within the Greek community by developing Greektory, a dedicated platform designed to address these challenges.

Since its inception over two years ago, Greektory has grown to serve approximately 5,000 users across 750 chapters, becoming a notable player in the market with paying customers. The company achieved significant milestones in 2025, such as the integration of a texting and emailing platform through a partnership with BonFire, and is in the process of launching a dues management feature. Additionally, Greektory has expanded its services to include website design and management, and is developing a social media management service to support chapters in promoting their brand and events more effectively.

These enhancements aim to broaden Greektory’s appeal beyond Greek life to other groups, associations, and industries—positioning it as a versatile platform for various organizational needs.
